RETURN POLICY

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions that have been

• Open
• Installed
• Colored
• Used in any way

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: sheesbeautyy3@gmail.com 

please include your order number, clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropraite resolution. 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return mailing address by email.  

Please note shipping fees are non refundable

REFUND

If a refund or replacement is approved due to a verified shipping error or manufacturer defect, we will notify you by email once your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

CANCELING ORDERS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided processing has not already begun. Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

ADDRESS CHANGES.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipping has begun.
