Thank you for shopping with Shees Beautyy. We appreciate your business and are committed to providing quality hair extensions. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair extensions that have been * Open * Installed * Colored * Used in any way.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: sheesbeautyy3@gmail.com please include your order number, clear photos of the item and a brief description of the issue. Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING
Shees Beautyy is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once items are sent out and delivered to the verified address we are no longer responsible. If you experience a delivery issue please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
